Jack Schlossberg, grandson of former President John F. Kennedy and a Democratic congressional candidate in New York, has acknowledged President Donald Trump's ability to shape political discourse through social media. During an interview on CBS New York, Schlossberg described Trump's influence as a 'genius' way of 'programming our minds.'
Schlossberg, who is active on platforms like TikTok, noted that Trump's ability to dominate conversations is a powerful tool in modern politics. 'He says things, and we end up repeating them all day long,' Schlossberg said. 'He's living in all of our heads right now. And it's terrible, but it is powerful.'
The Democratic candidate urged his party to adapt to social media strategies to reach younger voters. 'We should use our humor, our intellect. We should not be afraid to take risks,' Schlossberg said. He emphasized the importance of authenticity in political communication, contrasting his approach with other candidates who he claims avoid transparency.
Schlossberg has also been vocal about his opposition to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., warning about what he describes as a 'dangerous' agenda. Fox News Digital reached out to the White House for comment but did not receive a response.
