Spider-Man Costumed Man Helps Wheelchair User Cross Busy Arkansas Road

A man dressed in a Spider-Man costume helped a person in a wheelchair cross a busy intersection in Jonesboro, Arkansas, in a moment captured on traffic cameras and shared by local police. Christopher Hellenthal, 20, was wearing the costume after working at a superhero-themed event at a trampoline park when he spotted the individual struggling to navigate six lanes of traffic. Hellenthal quickly exited his vehicle, rolled the wheelchair to safety, and returned before the light turned green. The Jonesboro Police Department praised his actions, calling him a 'true superhero.' Hellenthal later told reporters he would have helped regardless of the costume, emphasizing the act was driven by instinct rather than the superhero persona.
