Ford is expanding its vehicle customization offerings with the introduction of the Desert Rising package for the Bronco SUV, marking the first entry in the Ford Custom Garage's Horizon Series. The limited-edition package, priced at $13,695 above the base vehicle cost, will be available for orders starting July 27, 2026. The design draws inspiration from the natural landscapes of Utah, featuring a pink and magenta color palette influenced by the Great Salt Lake, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and desert cacti blooms.
The package, built on the Bronco Outer Banks trim, includes flow-formed white Method Race Wheels with magenta accents, a white front grille with pink mesh inserts, and optional abstract side graphics mimicking Utah's desert tones. Inside, the cabin features custom Katzkin two-tone leather seats with black and magenta accents. The package is compatible with the Sasquatch off-road hardware and retains factory warranty coverage.
Ford aims to boost profits by expanding its aftermarket and customization business, targeting the $53 billion U.S. aftermarket industry. The automaker is investing in Ford Custom Garage, a one-stop shop for vehicle customizations, and plans to create more exclusive, limited-edition models akin to a 'Nike shoe drop.' The Desert Rising Bronco will be produced in a limited run of 1,000 units, with the total price reaching $57,350. Other customization packages range from $16,000 to $27,000, depending on the model.
