Adva Lavie, a 28-year-old Los Angeles influencer and model, has been arrested again after allegedly removing her court-ordered ankle monitor while awaiting trial on felony burglary charges. The arrest occurred in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night, just months after her release on electronic monitoring. A judge revoked her release, ordered her held without bail, and scheduled a bail review hearing for Friday in Van Nuys.
Lavie, who also goes by Mia Ventura, faces charges in Los Angeles County for two counts of grand theft and two counts of first-degree residential burglary. Prosecutors allege she targeted wealthy men she met on dating apps, stealing luxury items from their homes. She has pleaded not guilty to these charges.
In addition to the Los Angeles case, Lavie was arrested on an outstanding Riverside County warrant for a separate grand theft case. Prosecutors there charged her in April with felony grand theft, accusing her of stealing over $11,000 in luxury items during the 2025 Coachella Music Festival. The Riverside case involves allegations that she stole a Rolex watch, Louis Vuitton sunglasses, and a cardholder from a man she attended Coachella with. The man invited her to stay with him at an Airbnb in Indio, and after an argument, she allegedly took the items from his unlocked Tesla Cybertruck before leaving.
Lavie’s attorney has not responded to requests for comment. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office stated it will file a new misdemeanor case against her for violating the court order requiring the ankle monitor. The prior charges stem from incidents involving five alleged victims, but after a bulletin was released, detectives learned of several additional burglaries. Lavie is also accused of stealing from younger men, women, and businesses.
Lavie, who drives a black Porsche SUV and is engaged to billionaire businessman Stephen Cloobeck, allegedly violated her court order by texting a witness in the case and crossing into Ventura County. These violations contributed to her re-arrest.
