A burglary at Tom Brady’s CardVault trading card store in Palo Alto occurred Saturday night, less than two weeks after its grand opening, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.
Suspects stole approximately 60 trading cards valued at over $12,000 after breaking a window and multiple display cases, authorities reported. The store, located on El Camino Real, held its grand opening on August 15 with Brady in attendance.
Police have not released information about possible suspects as of this report. The incident remains under investigation.
CardVault operates 19 locations nationwide, with the Palo Alto store being its third in California. The company did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
