Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have announced the birth of their second child, a son, through adoption. The couple shared the first photo of the infant on Instagram on Thursday, depicting both parents holding the child’s hand.
Brown, 22, captioned the post: ‘hi little guy!’, confirming the child’s sex. The image also appears to include their first adopted daughter, whose arm is visible at the bottom of the frame. Brown wore a ring on her left hand featuring a gold band and three diamond letters spelling ‘Mom.’
The announcement follows the couple’s adoption of their first child, a daughter, in August 2025. At the time, they shared a joint Instagram post stating they were ‘beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.’
Earlier this month, Brown hinted at the growing family during a vacation in the Dolomites, Italy. A video posted to her Instagram showed her carrying their older daughter while Bongiovi wore a baby carrier with an infant, though the child’s face was obscured. The couple has maintained privacy regarding their children’s names and faces, emphasizing a desire to shield them from public scrutiny.
Brown and Bongiovi, who married in 2023, have not publicly disclosed their first daughter’s name. Their approach aligns with Brown’s past statements about prioritizing family privacy, including during her appearance on the Smartless podcast last year, where she expressed long-held dreams of motherhood. Brown’s mother had her first child at 21, and Brown herself has spoken about the influence of her own upbringing on her parenting goals.
