Utah police are investigating a third domestic violence allegation against reality TV star Taylor Frankie Paul, stemming from an incident involving her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen. The West Jordan Police Department confirmed the investigation, which follows a February 2026 report by Mortensen alleging an altercation in early to mid-2024. Authorities are reviewing multiple videos and have requested Paul provide a statement or participate in an interview.
The investigation comes after ABC canceled Paul’s upcoming season of The Bachelorette following the release of a 2023 video showing her attacking Mortensen. Paul previously pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in that case, receiving three years of probation. The video, which surfaced on TMZ, also showed a child present during the altercation.
Additionally, Draper Police are investigating separate domestic violence claims involving both Paul and Mortensen, with allegations from both parties. A temporary protective order has been issued against Paul, and she has temporarily lost custody of her son with Mortensen. No charges have been filed in the ongoing cases.
