Prosecutors in Florida have moved to subpoena Tiger Woods' prescription drug records following his recent DUI arrest. The subpoena, issued by the 19th Judicial Circuit, seeks all prescription medication records for Woods from Lewis Pharmacy in Palm Beach, Florida, from January 1, 2026, through March 27, 2026. The request includes details such as the times prescriptions were filled, the number of pills, dosage amounts, and any instructions or warnings about driving while taking the medication.
Woods, 50, pleaded not guilty to DUI charges last week after his SUV clipped a trailer and rolled over on its side. Deputies reported finding two hydrocodone pain pills in his pocket and noted signs of impairment, including bloodshot eyes and dilated pupils. Woods blew 'triple zeroes' on a Breathalyzer test but refused a urine test. He told officers he was distracted by his phone and the radio when the crash occurred.
Woods has announced he will step away from golf to seek treatment and focus on his health. This is his second DUI arrest, following a 2017 incident in Florida. He has undergone multiple surgeries, including seven back operations and over 20 procedures on his leg, which he cited as factors in his impaired state during the arrest.
