The couple appeared together on the red carpet, where Palvin debuted her baby bump in a light blue satin dress. The baby is due around August or September, according to TMZ. The pair shared the news on Instagram, including a sonogram image of the fetus making a "rock on" hand signal. Vanessa Hudgens, a former co-star of Sprouse, commented on the post with well-wishes.
Palvin and Sprouse met nearly nine years ago at a party and made their relationship official in 2018. They married in July 2023. In April, Sprouse tackled a trespasser at their Hollywood Hills home after Palvin spotted the intruder. Palvin called the police, and Sprouse held the suspect down until authorities arrived.
In August 2025, Palvin shared on social media that she had endometriosis and underwent surgery for the condition. She described her symptoms, including fatigue, severe pain, and irregular flow, and encouraged others to seek diagnosis if they suspect endometriosis. UCLA Health notes that endometriosis can only be definitively diagnosed through a laparoscopy, a minimally invasive surgery.
